MRV Seminar 16th Feb 2017

Alpha Marine Consulting Turkey is holding MRV ( Monitoring Reporting Verification ) seminar on the 16th of February 2017 at the Grand Sheraton Ataşehir between 09:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. The seminar will be delivered by our Technical Director Philip Tsichlis. Considering that the plans have to be prepared and submitted to the verifier by August 2017, time is limited. The seminar provide useful insight to all those involved in the implementation of the EU requirements for Monitoring, Reporting & Verification (MRV) of CO2 emissions from ships, and lay down a roadmap with necessary actions for compliance. Delegates will acquire both theoretical knowledge & practical insight for the implementation of all EU MRV requirements, which will be thoroughly explained. Global MRV requirements (IMO Data Collection System – DCS) will also be presented in detail and differences between the two schemes will be highlighted.
